Call Recording Data
When you use our Service, you may upload call recordings directly or connect your cloud storage accounts (such as Google Drive) to sync recordings. We process these recordings to provide transcription and analytics services. This data may include:
- Audio recordings of phone calls
- Transcribed text from those recordings
- AI-generated analysis and insights
- Metadata such as call duration, timestamps, and agent information
Important Notice About Sensitive Information
Call recordings and transcriptions may inadvertently contain sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, health information, or other personal data disclosed during calls. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding the recording and processing of such information. OpenAI
AI-powered analysis and insights. Transcriptions may be processed by OpenAI to generate call analytics, coaching insights, and quality scores.
Google Analytics
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our platform and to improve our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Call recordings and transcriptions are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.
